Returns and Our Guarantee 

All our products are backed by our 90 day money back guarantee! If you are not happy - for any reason - you may return the product to us within 90 days of receipt for a complete refund less shipping fees*  

Simply return all opened and unopened products along with a copy of the order, packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number to:

All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.

* Please note that an administration fee may be charged if there is no reference to the order number. We will then need to try and locate who returned the order. Include a copy of your order receipt, or a packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number.

*Full refund limited to orders up to $200. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee.

*Not applicable to wholesale and distributor customers 

Late or Missing Shipments 

At our state of the art shipping facilities in the USA and the UK we take all measures to make sure shipments are sent out correctly and on time. Unfortunately once your order leaves our facility we are not in control of the shipping carrier. On occasion a shipment may take longer to receive. Our policy for lost or missing shipments:

• Please wait the full amount of shipping estimated time based on your shipping selection.
• Once the full shipping time has passed if the order is still missing or has not arrived please contact us so we can look into the issue and correct it for you. We reserve the right based on the situation and circumstances to determine if a refund, partial refund, or a reshipment will be given.
• Please note that all re-shipments are in lieu of a refund
• Customs charges, while unlikely in most countries, are the customer's responsibility
